General Terms and Conditions of Use

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions occurs explicitly during the account creation phase by selecting a dedicated checkbox, or implicitly by continuing to use the platform pages. These terms govern access to and use of all content, software, betting functionalities, and transactions performed on the portal. These General Terms and Conditions of Use, their interpretation, execution, and validity are exclusively governed by the laws in force in the Italian Republic.

For any controversy, dispute, or legal contestation that may arise between the user and the platform owner regarding the application, interpretation, or violation of this contractual agreement, the parties undertake to first seek an amicable and amicable resolution through customer support channels. If a settlement cannot be reached within ninety days, exclusive territorial jurisdiction for the judicial resolution of the dispute shall be devolved to the competent court within the Italian national territory, without prejudice to the inalienable rights provided for consumer protection where applicable.
