Deposit and loss limits
Users have the option to set strict financial limits to define the maximum amount of money they can deposit into their account or lose within a specific timeframe. These limits can be configured on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once the set threshold is reached, the system will automatically block any further financial transactions or bets until the end of the relevant time period. Any request to reduce limits takes effect immediately, while requests to increase or remove them only become effective after a mandatory reflection period, aimed at preventing impulsive decisions.
Time and session limits
The platform allows for the configuration of time alerts or maximum session limits. This feature monitors the duration of the user's active connection and, upon reaching the established hourly threshold, displays a pop-up notification that momentarily interrupts activity (reality check) or automatically disconnects the user, inviting them to take a break before they can log in again.
Self-exclusion and account suspension
In cases where a user believes their gaming behavior is becoming problematic or difficult to control, we offer the option to request self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion can be temporary (for predefined periods such as 30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent.
During the self-exclusion period, the gaming account is irreversibly frozen: the user will not be able to make deposits, place bets, participate in games, or receive promotional or informational communications. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be revoked before a minimum established period has passed and will require a thorough verification process by our support team.
